Smugglers Adventure Caves
There are 40 steps down to the entrance of the attraction. Due to the attraction being set inside a natural cave, there are many uneven floors, a low tunnel, and slippery surfaces, making the caves inaccessible by wheelchair.
Pushchairs are not permitted inside but can be left in the buggy park. We recommend bringing a baby sling should you need one.
Assistance Dogs
We welcome all assistance dogs that are trained to support a disabled person.
Assistance dogs must:
• Remain under control and on a lead at all times
• Not cause disruption to exhibits or other visitors
Staff may ask a dog to leave only if it is out of control, behaving aggressively, toileting indoors or causing disruption.
We do not permit emotional support animals, therapy animals, or pets inside the attraction.
