Easter Egg Hunt At Hastings Castle

*Please note this event is now on Saturday only. Sundays event has been cancelled due to the weather*
Hastings Castle is going to be choc-ful of eggs as part of a fun Easter hunt on Saturday 26th from 10am – 11am in the castle grounds.
Hundreds of chocolate eggs are set to be hidden around the grounds and castle and children will have the tasty task of tracking them all down.
Entry is £3 for children under 12 and £1 per adult which includes taking part in the hunt for up to an hour but does not include watching the 1066 Story show or staying in the castle beyond that time.
There is no need to book in advance as you can just turn up on the day. Organisers are advising people to wear sensible footwear as the ground is uneven and could be wet.
Hastings Castle is forever linked with the most famous date in English history 1066.  The castle opens daily on Friday 25th March until November 1st.
Walk around the ruins of Hastings Castle and explore the cloistered chapel, the East Gate and the Chapter House.
Enjoy the stunning views across the town and out to sea, discover the dungeons carved out of the rock beneath the North Gate and immerse yourself in the fascinating history of Britain’s first Norman castle.
