Hidden County E-ticket T&Cs

When purchasing tickets through Hidden County a ticket code will be sent via email from Smugglers Adventure (Discover Hastings) for a single-use family of four day pass. Please allow up to ten working days from date of purchase for these to be sent. This voucher is not your final ticket.

E-Ticket codes must be clearly legible and relinquished upon entry to Smugglers Adventure. There is no requirement to print tickets, for example they may be presented on a mobile phone with the E-ticket confirmation email. E-ticket codes are valid for one single use during a six month period from the date of purchase. E-ticket codes are no longer valid if unused during the 6 month validity period. No refund will be given on expired e-ticket codes. The period of validity cannot be extended.

E-ticket family of four passes allow entry to Smugglers Adventure for two Standard visitors (aged 13 and over) and two juniors (aged 3 to 12 years). Any additional visitors wishing to enter with an E-Ticket code holder will be required to pay the standard attraction admission rate. Children aged 14 years and under must be accompanied at all times by a responsible adult. Children under 3 are admitted free to Smugglers Adventure and therefore do not require an E-Ticket. No refund or partial refund will be given for E-tickets purchased in error.

When purchasing E-tickets through More Radio, accurate contact details must be provided in order to receive an E-ticket code. Smugglers Adventure cannot be held responsible for difficulties caused by the supply of incorrect contact details. When purchasing E-tickets, customers consent for details to be shared with Smugglers Adventure (Discover Hastings) in order to receive E-tickets as well as for marketing purposes. Personal details will never be shared with third parties.

E-Ticket Visitors should be aware that there may be school groups in the attraction during a visit. Smugglers Adventure reserves the right to refuse admission, or to remove any E-Ticket visitor whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate by Smugglers Adventure staff. No refund will be given.

Please note that Hidden vouchers are non-refundable unless an event, product or service booking is cancelled or postponed. 

If an event, product or service booking is cancelled by the organiser prior to taking place, then we will automatically issue refunds to all those who have purchased vouchers. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to be processed following the initial announcement. 

If an event, product or service booking is postponed, or significant changes are made that we feel will decline the quality of the event and warrants the offer of a refund, then a member of our team will be in touch to offer you a refund with a deadline of responding. Important: This email will be sent to the email address you have registered with Hidden. Please ensure you check your inbox regularly, including your junk and spam, for any updates in relation to this event. Refunds will not be given after the deadline offered has expired.
